PTEN 和p27在胃癌组织中的表达及意义

目的探讨PTEN、p27在胃癌中的表达及两者的相互关系。方法应用免疫组化SP法检测56例胃癌组织中PTEN、p27的表达．资料统计应用卡方检验、确切概率法检验。结果胃癌组织中PTEN和p27的阳性表达均较正常胃组织降低（P〈0．05）；PTEN的表达与胃癌的淋巴结转移、临床分期、分化程度密切相关（P〈0．05），与性别、年龄无关；p27表达与胃癌的淋巴结转移、临床分期、分化程度密切相关（P〈0．05），与性别、年龄无关；胃癌组织中PTEN和p27的表达呈正相关。结论PTEN、p27的表达与胃癌的生物学行为有一定的相关性；PTEN、p27与胃癌发生发展、浸润转移及预后有一定的关系。

Expression and clinical significance of PTEN and p27 in gastric carcinoma

Objective To probe the expression and clinical significance of PTEN and p27 protein in gastric carcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemical SP was used to detect the expression of PTEN and p27 in 56 cases of gastric carcinoma,and the data was analyzed with Chi square test or exact method. Results The positive expression of PTEN and p27 in gastric carcinoma was much lower than that in normal gastric mucous;The positive expression of PTEN was related with lymph node metastasis, TNM stage and cellular differentiation, but it was not related with sex and age;The positive expression of p27 was related with lymph node metastasis, TNM stage and cellular differentiation, but it was not related with sex and age;There was a positive correlation between the p27 expression and PTEN expression. Conclusions The results indicate that the expression of PTEN and p27 has relations with some biological behaviors of gastric carcinoma. PTEN and p27 seem to be related to the carcinogenesis, development invasion,metastasis and prognosis of gastric cancer.
