| 摘 要： | 目的探讨白细胞分化抗44变异型(CD44V6)与甲状腺癌的关系。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法测定50例甲状腺良性结节患者和50例甲状腺癌患者血清中的CD44V6水平,分析其与甲状腺癌之间的关系。结果甲状腺癌组患者血清中CD44V6水平高于甲状腺良性肿瘤组(P0.01)。伴有淋巴结转移的甲状腺癌患者血清中CD44V6显著高于不伴有淋巴结转移的甲状腺癌患者(P0.05)。结论血清中CD44V6水平检测对甲状腺癌患者有重要临床意义,可作为甲状腺癌患者手术前重要的评价方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the relationship between leukocyte differentiation anti-44 variant （CD44V6） and thyroid cancer. Methods The serum CD44V6 level was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay in 50 cases of benign thyroid nodules （thyroid benign tumor group）and 50 cases of thyroid cancer（thyroid cancer group）and the correlation of the CD44V6 level with thyroid cancer was analyzed. Results Serum CD44V6 was higher in the thyroid cancer group than that of the thyroid benign tumor group （P〈0.01）. Serum CD44V6 was higher in thyroid cancer with lymph node metastasis than that in thyroid cancer without lymph node metastasis. Conclusion The detection of the serum CD44V6 level is of great importance in thyroid cancer,and the serum CD44V6 level can be serve as significant pre-operation evaluation. |
