| 摘 要： | 目的：总结应用疝环充填式无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝46例的临床经验。方法：使用美国巴德公司的疝环充填物及网状补术对46例各类腹股沟疝病人进行无张力疝修补治疗；观察手术时间、伤口疼痛、术后自主能力的恢复、并发症及复发率。结果：与传统疝修补手术相比，具有方法简便、术后疼痛轻、恢复快、住院时间短，并发症少和复发率低的优点。结论：这是一项更符合人体解剖结构和疝的病理生理的手术方法，具有经络方法无法比拟的优势。

| Abstract: | Objective: To summarize the clinical experience(46 cases) of the mesh & plug repair of groin hernias.Method: 46 patients were treated by mesh & plug hernia repair with Bard Mesh & PerFix Plug,C.R.Bard Inc.The operation time,postoperative pain,patient's ability recovery,complications and recurrence rate were followed up.Result: The mesh & plug hernia repair had a greater advantage than the traditional hernia repair procedure,such as surgical performance,less postoperative pain,quicker recovery,shorter period of hospitalization,fewer complication and lower recurrence.Conclusion: It is currently the most popular choice for a convenient hernia repair procedure.It has been an outstanding method in treating groin hernia. |
