LASIK与LASEK治疗近视的疗效观察

目的:探讨LASIK与LASEK治疗近视的临床效果和不同手术方法的优点。方法:回顾分析LASIK和LASEK矫正近视的2140例4236眼,观察2种手术方法的效果和主要并发症。结果:LASIK术后3个月有92.6%的患者裸眼视力可达到术前最佳矫正视力,LASEK组为93.2%,两组相比无统计学意义。LASIK术后并发症发生率为1.88%,其中角膜瓣相关并发症为0.16%;LASEK术后并发症发生率为1.38%,其中角膜瓣相关并发症为0.12%。LASIK组患者的术后满意度93.2%,有4.12%主诉暗光下出现眩光、重影、夜视力差;LASEK组患者的术后满意度97.3%。结论:LASEK手术角膜瓣并发症少,安全性高,术后视觉质量好,是一项值得推广的术式。

The clinical obseration in the treatment of myopia with LASIK and LASEK

Objective: To observe the clinical effects and advantage of LASIK and LASEK in the treatment of myopia.Methods: Retrospective analysis of clinical data were performed to observe the clinical effects and complications in the 2140 cases(4236 eyes) of myopia used by LASIK and LASEK.Results: Among three months 92.6% of the LASIK patients gained their BCVA(best corrected visual acuity),compared with 93.2% in LASEK group,there was no statistical difference between the two groups.The rate of postoperative complications was 1.88% and 1.38% in LASIK and LASEK groups respectively,in which the complications related to corneal flap was 0.16% and 0.12%.The satisfaction ratio of patients with LASIK was 93.2%,lower than that in LASEK group(97.3%).4.12% patients in LASIK group complained about glare,ghosting and night vision problem after surgery.Conclusion: As an efficient refractive surgery,LASEK is worth promoting for its safety,few complications related to corneal flap and good vision quality postoperative.
