| 摘 要： | 关节置换术后发生的金属病并不多见,但确是公认的并发症,尤其在全膝关节置换(TKA)或单间室膝关节置换(UKA)后,国内外的文献对此疾病报道较少.单纯的检测全血细胞计数、血清化学、红细胞沉降率或C反应蛋白血清值并不能明确金属病的诊断.通过对手术中取出的组织进行病理学分析能够证实这一诊断.膝关节置换术后金属病是一种罕见的、...

| Abstract: | After joint replacement is rare,but it is a recognized complication,Especially after total knee arthroplasty(TKA)or unicompartmental knee arthroplasty(UKA),there were few reports on this disease in domestic and foreign literatures.Simple detection of whole blood cell count,serum chemistry,erythrocyte sedimentation rate or serum value of C-reactive protein can not confirm the diagnosis of metal diseases.This diagnosis can be confirmed by pathological analysis of the tissues taken out during the operation. Metallosis after knee replacement is a rare andpossibly underestimated complication. Systematic diagnosis method is verynecessary for timely and correct diagnosis. Once the diagnosis is made,thorough debridement, (partial) synovectomy and joint revision should beperformed early. |
