化疗期乳腺癌患者婚姻质量和社会支持的调查

 目的调查乳腺癌患者在化疗期婚姻质量、社会支持的特点及二者之间的关系。方法将77例乳腺癌患者分为化疗初期组、化疗中期组和化疗末期组采用Olson婚姻质量问卷和社会支持评定量表进行问卷调查。结果患者婚姻质量的总分及各因子分在化疗中期组最低。3组相比,客观支持和支持利用度的均数均逐渐增高,化疗初期组与化疗末期组的客观支持分呈显著性差异(P=0.009),化疗末期组的客观支持分高于化疗初期组。在整体研究对象中,乳腺癌患者婚姻满意度与客观支持呈显著性正相关(r=0.248,P=0.036),婚姻质量总分与主观支持呈显著正相关(r=0.286,P=0.015)。结论化疗期乳腺癌患者婚姻质量差,化疗中期组最差。主观支持、客观支持能改善患者的婚姻质量。

Marital Quality and Social Support Status of the Patients with Breast Cancer during the Period of Chemotherapy
