摘    要:目的探讨案例呈现、模型演示与系统讲授相结合法在护理病理学教学中的应用与效果。方法选取两个班的学生为研究对象,其中一个班为试验组,另一个班为对照组。试验组采用案例呈现、模型演示与系统讲授相结合的教学方式;对照组采用传统讲授法进行教学。比较两种教学方式在学生案例分析成绩和评判性思维能力方面的差异。结果试验组病理学考试案例分析成绩(13.6±2.2)和评判性思维能力得分(290.9±21.4),高于对照组的案例分析成绩(10.1±2.5)和评判性思维能力得分(270.0±24.1).P均〈0.01。结论案例呈现、模型演示与系统讲授相结合,可提高护理专业学生的案例分析和评判性思维能力,对提高护理专业学生的lj缶床综合素质具有重要的意义。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effects of the combination teaching method of case presentation,model demonstration and system teaching in Nursing Pathology. Methods Students in two classes were selected as the experimental group and the control group,respectively. Case presentation,model demonstration and system teaching combination mode was used in the experimental group; the traditional teaching method was used in the control group. The performance of case analysis and critical thinking abilities of students were compared between the two groups. Results The performance of Case analysis and critical thinking abilities in the experimental group were significantly higher than the control group(P〈0.01 ). Conclusion The combination teaching of case presentation,model demonstration and system teaching can improve students' abilities of case analysis and critical thinking,and has the important meaning for improving the comprehensive abilities of nursing students.
