| 摘 要： | [目的]探讨社区护理干预对慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)缓解期临床症状和生活质量的影响.[方法]将入选的106例COPD病人随机分为实验组(53例)与对照组(53例),对实验组病人实施社区护理干预.对两组病人分别进行临床评估和生活质量评估.[结果]实验组病人临床指标的改善和生活质量评分明显优于对照组.[结论]社区护理干预能明显改善COPD病人缓解期临床症状,促进病人康复,维持病情稳定,缓解或阻止肺功能下降,提高生活质量.
