| 摘 要： | 研究表皮生长因子基因在猪肾脏中的表达部位。方法采用ＲＴ－ＰＣＲ技术分别检测猪肾皮质和髓质中的ＥＧＦｍＲＮＡ活性。结果公猪和母猪肾皮质中的ＥＧＦｍＲＮＡ活性均很高，而髓质中则无ＥＧＦｍＲＮＡ活性。结论ＥＧＦ仅在猪肾脏皮质中表达，无性别差异。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the localizaion of EGF gene expression in porcine kidney. Methods The level of EGF mRNA in the cortex and medulla of porcine kidney was measured by RT PCR technique. Results In both male and female pigs, a high level of EGF mRNA was detected in the cortex but no EGF mRNA activity was found in the medulla. Conclusions The cortex is the only part where EGF was expressed and there was no significant sex related difference in the expression of EGF in porcine kidney. |
