| 摘 要： | 微嵌合体及其与移植免疫耐受之间的关系已成为目前器官移植研究领域的主要方向之一.微嵌合体的形成与维持机制尚不完全清楚,其产生与移植免疫耐受有密切联系,但其真正作用目前却存在争议.了解以上几个方面对微嵌合体的最新研究进展很有意义.

| Abstract: | The relation of microchimerism and transplantation tolerance is one of the main point of the research area of organ transphntation.Though the formation and maintenance of microchimerism have intimate relation with transplantation tolerance,their mechanism has not been thoroughly understood,and there still has dispute on it's real role in transplantation tolerance.The latest research development of microchimerism through above aspects was reviewed in this article. |
