郑州市医生控烟知识及控烟能力的调查

目的了解郑州市医生吸烟有害知识知晓状况和控烟能力，为医院开展对吸烟者戒烟服务、以及为政府制定相关政策提供科学依据。方法将郑州市医疗单位分为省、市、区、县、乡级5个层面，采用分层整群随机抽样方法，每个层面样本量约为600人，全市总样本量约为3000人，对调查员进行统一培训后进人现场问卷调查，调查数据用Epi Data3．0录入，用SPSS统计软件进行分析。结果本次共调查2980名医生，有效问卷2865份。调查显示，郑州市医生的吸烟知识特别是对一些新的理念了解较少，对吸烟与疾病的关系知晓率较低，而医生对吸烟知识及戒烟有害方法有较强的了解愿望，医院的戒烟规定执行情况一般。结论吸烟是多种疾病的危险因素，医生是健康的维护者，他们的行为对病人及其他社会人群有着重要的影响。因此，应针对医生加强培训，增强医生的相关知识和控烟能力，为控烟工作奠定良好基础。

Cognition status of smoking hazards among doctors and doctors'''' ability of smoking control in Zhengzhou

Objective To investigate cognition status about smoking hazards among doctors and doctors' ability of smoking control in Zhengzhou.Methods Health sectors were classified into the categories of province,city,district,county,town in Zhengzhou.Questionnaire survey was conducted among 2980 doctors by randomly stratified.Results The result showed that the doctors were lack of the understanding of the new concepts on general knowledge of smoking.Doctors needed further improvement on the knowledge of the relationship between smoking and diseases.The result further showed that the enforcement of the rules on no-smoking in hospitals was not good.Doctors had strong willingness to obtain the knowledge of smoking and smoking-quitting.Conclusion Smoking is the cause of various diseases.Doctors have a strong influence to all kinds of social groups.Therefore,it will be a great benefit to provide channels on general training programs under the current situations,to improve the doctor's knowledge on smoking and smoking-quitting and build up a solid foundation on further smoking-control in Zhengzhou City.
