| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨真菌性鼻窦炎的CT影像学特点。材料与方法:回顾性分析经手术和内窥镜病理证实的66例真菌性鼻窦炎的CT表现。结果:所有受累鼻窦均显示窦腔密度增高,病变累及一侧上颌窦45例,两侧上颌窦12例,一侧上颌窦、筛窦24例,上颌窦内可见点状、斑块状、线状钙化影50例,窦腔高密度影内可见气泡影25例,病变呈肿块状突入鼻腔13例,窦壁骨质硬化35例,窦壁骨质吸收破坏18例,但残存骨端伴有骨质硬化,以内侧壁破坏多见。病变延伸到邻近结构5例。结论:根据其CT表现可归纳如下特点:(1)病变多为单侧性;(2)病变部位以上颌窦为主;(3)窦腔密度增高,其内可见点状、斑块状、线状钙化影;(4)局限性骨质增生与破坏,破坏残端常伴有骨质硬化。其中以鼻窦病变内钙化影最具特异性。
