维持血液透析并发脑血管意外的危险因素及护理对策

目的 分析维持血液透析患者并发脑血管意外的危险因素及相应的护理对策。方法1997年1月～2002年12月血液透析并发脑血管意外死亡26例，取同期因其他并发症死亡者24例作为对照，比较两组间年龄、透析龄、透析期间体重增加值、透析前血压、尿素氮、肌酐、血小板等因素的差异。结果 两组间年龄、透析龄、透析期间体重增加值、透析前血压、血小板有显著差异。结论 高龄、长期透析、透析期间体重明显增加、透析前血压增高以及透析前血小板降低等因素可能增加维持血液透析患者并发脑血管意外死亡的危险。

Risk Factors and Nursing Strategies for Cerebrovascular Accidents Complicated by Maintenance Hemodialysis

Objective To analyze risk factors and appropriate nursing strategies for maintenance hemodialysis complicated cerebrovascular accidents.Methods Included in this study were 26 patients who died from hemodialysis complicated cerebrovascular accidents between January 1997 and December 2002, and 24 patients who died from other complications of hemodialysis during the same period as the control. Age, term of dialysis, weight gain between two episodes of dialysis, blood pressure, BUN, creatinine, platelet count before hemodialysis were compared between the two groups.Results There were significant differences between the two groups in age, term of dialysis, weight gain between two episodes of dialysis, blood pressure and platelet count before hemodialysis.Conclusion Old age, long term dialysis, marked weight gain between two episodes of dialysis, higher blood pressure and lower platelet count before dialysis may increase the risk of death from cerebrovascular accidents in patients receiving maintenance hemodialysis.
