| 摘 要： | 目的：观察凉血祛瘵和化痰通腑法治疗高血压脑出血的临床疗效。方法：76例患者随机分为治疗组39例，对照组37例。对照组采用西药对症处理；治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用凉血祛瘀和化痰通腑中药。结果：治疗组显效率76．9％，总有效率92．3％；对照组显效率48．6％，总效率75．7％。2组比较，治疗组总有效率、显效率均优于对照组（P＜0．01）。结论：中西医结合治疗高血压脑出血是较有效率的方法，能促进神经功能恢复，提高生活质量。

| Abstract: | ve: To observe the curative effect of cooling blood, expelling blood - stasis, resolving phlegm and purging fu - or-gan for hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage (HCM). Methods: 76 cases were allocated to treatment group (39 cases) and control group (37 cases) randomly. The control group was treated symptomatically by routine western medicine (WM), and the treatment group by routine WM and Chinese herbal drug. Results: The markedly effective rate was 76. 9% and the total effective rate was 92. 3% in treatment group, and 48. 6% and 75. 7% respectively in control group (P< 0. 01). Conclusion: TCM combined with WM is an effective remedy for HCH, which can promote the recovery of neural function and im-prove the life quality. |
