| 摘 要： | 目的探讨合并有膀胱癌的前列腺增生症患者同时行电切术的疗效。方法对12例诊断为前列腺增生症合并膀胱癌的患者，同时行电切治疗，术后膀胱灌注并随访。结果12例患者均手术成功，未发现有肿瘤种植。结论采用经尿道同期进行良性前列腺增生（BPH）和浅表膀胱癌的电切治疗，可以减少病人的痛苦，效果良好。

| Abstract: | Aim To investigate the therapeutic effects of eleetroseetion in the hyperplasia of prostate complicating with bladder eareinoma patients. Methods The 12 hyperplasia of prostate complicating with bladder carcinoma patients underwent simultaneously eleetrosection. All eases were given irrigation of bladder and followed-up after operation. Results Operations of the 12 eases were successful. No carcinoma implantation were found. Conclusions Transurethral eleetroseetion for the benign hyperplasia of prostate and superficial bladder carcinoma patients could reduce pain and have a good effect. |
