含铂方案治疗老年非小细胞肺癌的临床观察

【目的】研究适合老年非小细胞肺癌患者的含铂化疗方案。【方法】选择37例ⅢB-Ⅳ期老年非小细胞肺癌患者，分为Tc治疗组（Paclitaxel，紫杉醇联合Carboplatin，卡铂）及GP治疗组（Gemcitabine，吉西他滨联合Cisplatin，顺铂），观察其近期疗效和毒副反应。【结果】TC治疗组和GP治疗组有效率分别为23.5％（4／17）和25％（5／20），P=1，差异无统计学意义。GP治疗组Ⅲ-Ⅳ度恶心呕吐发生率高于TC治疗组的发生率，P=0.000，有统计学意义。两组Ⅲ-Ⅳ度白细胞减少以及肝功能变化无差异，P〉0.05。【结论】初步研究结果提示，两者均是治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的有效方案，TC方案依从性好，适用于老年患者。

Clinical observation of combination chemotherapy with Cisplatin-based regiment in non-small cell lung cancer

Objective] To study which cisplatin - based regiment is suitable for older people with non - small cell lung cancer. Methods] 37 cases of non - small cell lung cancer patients were treated with TC （PTX ＋ CBP） or GP （GEM ＋ DDP） for evaluating the clinical efficacy and toxicity. Results] The response rate （RR） in Group TC and Group GP were 23.5%（4/17） and 25% （5/20）, respectively, P = 1. The main toxicity was hematological toxicity, nausea and vomiting. The incidences of Ⅲ-Ⅳ Grade of nausea and vomiting in Group GP were significantly higher than those in Group TC, P = 0.000. Conclusions] The efficiency is similar in two groups in the treatment of NSCLC, but Group TC has good compliance and it was referred to older people with non-small cell lung cancer.
