环棱褐孔菌多糖的提取、含量测定及抗氧化性分析

摘    要:采用超声提取法,从环棱褐孔菌中提取多糖,并测其多糖含量为23.12%。通过测定该多糖样品对羟基自由基和超氧离子的清除作用,证明其多糖具有较强的抗氧化作用。

Abstract:The polysaccharide of Xanthochrous nilgheriensis(Mont.)Teng is extracted by supersonic method,with a yield of(23.12)%.And the study shows that the polysaccharide has some antioxidation.
