神经内科患者焦虑、抑郁状态分析和护理

目的探讨神经内科患者的焦虑和抑郁状态及护理措施。方法选择我院124例神经内科患者,使用zung焦虑量表（SAS）和zung抑郁量表（SDS）,评估患者的焦虑和抑郁情绪状态,同时采用相应的护理措施并评估效果。结果焦虑发生率62.3%;抑郁发生率49.2%。性别和年龄对于神经内科患者焦虑和抑郁的发生没有统计学上的差别（P〉0.05）;经护理干预,焦虑和抑郁发生率显著降低,有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论神经内科患者焦虑和抑郁发生率较高,采取良好的护理措施可以有效缓解这个情形。

Analysis of Anxiety and Depression of Neurological Patients and Nursing Intervention

Objective To evaluate the anxiety and depression of neurological patients and nursing intervention. Methods Chose 124 cases of neurological patients in our hospital,use the zung anxiety scale （ SAS） and the zung depression scale （ SDS） ,assess the patient’s anxiety and depression status while using the appropriate care measures and to assess the effect. Results The incidence of anxiety is 62. 3% ; the incidence of depression is 49. 2% . Neither gender or age has significant influence on the occurrence of anxiety and depression in neurologic patients（ P 0. 05） ; After nursing intervention,the incidence of anxiety and depression decline significantly （ P 0. 05） . Conclusion Neurological patients have high incidence of anxiety and depression,nursing intervention can effectively alleviate this situation.
