人工股骨头置换治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折并发症的预防

目的：探讨人工股骨头置换治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折术后并发症的预防。方法：采用回顾性总结的方法,收集51例老年股骨粗隆间骨折行双极骨水泥型人工股骨头置换术的病例,经过一年以上的随访,对手术适应症的选择,手术方法、术后并发症及关节功能恢复情况,进行分析。结果：人工股骨头置换治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折实行微创技术,创伤小,恢复快,能够早期下地,并发症少等特点。结论：人工股骨头置换治疗老年股骨粗隆间粉碎骨折,只要选择好手术适应症、术中方法正确、可大大减少并发症。

Preventing the Complications of Using the Artificial Thigh Bone Replacement to Treat the old Femur Trochanter Fracture

Objective： To study the prevention of complications of using the artificial thigh bone replacement to cure the old femur trochanter fracture.Methods： We reviewed 51 cases of using the double pole bone cement model artificial thigh bone replacement to cure the old femur trochanter bone fracture.And then analyzed the operation indication selection,operation method,postoperative complications and joint function recovery information through one year follow-up.Results：It has many advamtages in using the artificial thigh bone replacement to cure the old femur trochanter bone fracture.such as less little wound,recovery quickly,exercise early,fewer complication.Conclusion： Using the correct approach in the operation,it could reduce the complication as more as possible in the operation of using the artificial thigh bone replacement to cure the old femur trochanter bone fracture.
