升血小板胶囊治疗特发性血小板减少性紫癜的疗效观察

目的:观察升血小板胶囊治疗特发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)的临床疗效.方法:选择临床及实验室确诊的ITP患者,将之随机分为3组:单用强的松、单用升血小板胶囊、强的松联用升血小板胶囊组.第4组为强的松治疗无效再联用升血小板胶囊组.观察4组患者的治疗效果及不良反应,观察时间为12周,分组统计疗效.结果:强的松组有效率为93.33%,升血小板胶囊组有效率为93.75%,强的松和升血小板胶囊联用组有效率为95.65%,强的松治疗无效再联用升血小板胶囊组有效率为70.8%.结论:升血小板胶囊对ITP的治疗有一定疗效,无明显不良反应.

Observation of the Efficacy of Sheng Xuexiaoban Capsules on the Treatment of Idiopathic Thrombocytopenic Purpura (ITP)

OBJECTIVE:To observe the clinical effect of sheng xuexiaoban capsules on the treatment of idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura(ITP).METHODS: Patients with ITP were randomly divided into three groups: prednisone group,sheng xuexiaoban capsule group and prednisone combined with sheng xuexiaoban capsule group.In the fourth group, simple prednisone failed in treating ITP,so combined with the use of sheng xuexiaoban capsule. Treatment efficiency and adverse reaction of the four group patients were observed for 12 weeks, the efficiency of each group patients was added up. RESULTS: The efficiency rate of the four groups was 93.33 %, 93.75%, 95.65% and 70.8% respectively.The total efficiency rate of sheng xuexiaoban capsule was 85.7%. CONCLUSION: Sheng xuexiaoban capsule is effective and safe in the treatment of idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura without obvious adverse reaction.
