长沙市14760名儿童尿液筛选检查结果分析

对长沙市14760名3～14岁儿童用尿试纸条过筛检查尿蛋白、潜血和细菌尿,阳性率分别为 0.25％、2.33％和0.05％。尿蛋白和潜血的阳性率女孩均高于男孩。尿潜血阳性率,幼儿园儿童最高,小学生次之,初中生最低。已确定各种肾脏病共74例,占总受检人数的0.5％,其中以无症状性血尿最多见,占50％,急性链球菌感染后肾炎次之,占27.03％。

AN ANALYSIS OF URINE SCREENING EXAMINATION IN 14760 CHILDREN IN CHANGSHA CITY

This article reports the results of urinary specimens examined by Uriflet 3V in 14760 children aged 3 to 14 years in 10 kindergartens, 18 primary schools, and 6 middle schools. The positivity rate of proteinuria was 0.25%, ofhematuria 2.33% and of bacteriuria 0.05%. The positivity frequency of proteinuria and of hematuria were greater in girls than in boys(P<0.05, P<0.01). The positivtty rate of hematuria was the highest in preschool children, the second in pupils and the lowest in middle school students(P<0.01). There were 74 patients with kidney diseases among the 14760 children (0.5%). Of these patients, 50% suffered from asymptomatic hematuria while 27.03% acute poststreptococcal glomerulonephritis. It is considered that using Uriflet 3V in mass screening of urine at regular interval would be helpful in early diagnosis of kidney diseases in children.
