新生儿窒息颅内出血的CT诊断价值

目的：探讨早产儿和足月儿窒息颅内出血的CT表现。材料与方法：对58例出生时有窒息史，出生后5天内行CT扫描示有颅内出血的患儿CT表现进行分析，其中早产儿32例，足月儿26例，35例在1例后18月进行复查。结果：室管膜下和脑室内出血13例，蛛网膜下腔出血25例，脑实质出血18例，硬膜下出血2例，12例合并两种出血类型以上。室管膜下和脑内出血11／3例见子于早产儿。蛛网膜下腔出血20／25例，脑实质内出血15／21例见于足月儿。35例复查病例中28例出现后遗症。结论：CT能对缺氧性颅内的出作出准确诊断，出血类型与胎儿成熟度及其预后有关。

Computed Tomography Diagnosis of Intracranial Hemorrhage in Neonates that have Suffered Perinatel Asphyxia

Purpose: To investigate the value of CT in diagnosis of intracranial hemorrhage in neonates that have suffered perinatel asphyxia. Materials and Methods: The CT findings of intracranial hemorrhage in 58 neonates had suffered perinatel asphyxia within 5 days were retrospectively analysed. Thirty - two infants were premature and 26 were full - term. Thirty - five cases had CT follow up study. Results: The types of hemorrhage were intraventricular hemorrhage (n= 13) , subarachoid hemorrhage (n = 25) , intracerebral hemorrhage (n= 18) and sub-ependymal hemorrhage (n = 2). Twelve neonates were with more than two types of intracranial hemorrhage. Eleven neonates with intraventricular hemorrhage were prematrue, 20 neonates with subarachoid hemorrhage and 15 neonates with intracerebral hemorrhage were full - term. In 35 cases with CT follow- up study, 28 cases showed abnormality. Conclusion: CT was accurate in diagnosis of intracranial hemorrhage. The types of hemorrhage were related to the fetal maturity and the prognosis of HIE.
