血液透析液细菌污染调查与分析

目的找出血液透析液细菌含量超标的原因、污染途径、环节,以加强管理。方法按《医院消毒技术规范》的规定检测细菌含量,进行查找原因和管理效果观察。结果透析液细菌含量超标,对透析液配制系统进行监测,污染来源为B液、反渗水;经加强消毒措施和严格无菌操作,B液、反渗水、透析液培养合格。结论血液透析液细菌污染主要来源是反渗水、B液,由于水处理系统的消毒不完善和B液配制容器的污染所导致。

Bacterial Pollution of Dialysate:Investigation and Analysis
