数字减影血管造影在耳鼻咽喉科的应用价值

目的： 探讨数字减影血管造影(DSA)在耳鼻咽喉科的应用价值。方法： 对10例耳鼻咽喉科疾病患者进行DSA检查和栓塞治疗。结果： 本组4例鼻咽纤维血管瘤手术前选择性地栓塞瘤体内动脉血管，手术出血量明显减少；3例耳廓及头颈巨大蔓状血管瘤中2例姑息对症性栓塞后，耳廓变小、，变硬，溃破出血停止，但其中1例栓塞后并发一侧周围性面瘫，另1例术前栓塞配合手术，减少了术中出血；1例左鼻腔血管瘤栓塞治疗24 h后，并发左眼鼻侧下方视野缺损；2例难治性鼻出血，栓塞治疗后鼻出血得到控制。结论 ：DSA选择性动脉栓塞配合手术治疗耳鼻咽喉科血管性肿瘤、血管畸形，可明显减少术中出血，对控制严重鼻出血是一种有效的新方法，但应重视并发症的发生。

Practical value of digital subtraction angiography in otorhinolaryngology

Objective To study the practical value of digital subtraction angiography(DSA)in otorhinolaryngology. Methods DSA and selective arterial embolization were carried out in 10 cases of otorhinolaryngological diseases.This series included 4 cases of nasopharyngeal angiofibrma nasopharynx, 3 cases at the arterial racemosum angioma of auricle, head and neck, 1 case of nasal angioma and 2 cases of serious epistaxis. . Results The operative bleeding was reduced significantly by preopertive embolization of the artery in the vascular tumors. The bleeding from rupture angioma and traumatic epistaxis were controlled quickly by the arterial embolization. Conclusion Selective arterial embolization by DSA is a effective method for reducing operative bleeding of vascular tumors and controlling epistaxis.
