2080例军队中老年社区居民代谢综合征患病率的调查分析

目的了解北京地区军队社区40岁以上居民中代谢综合征(m etabolic syndrom e,MS)的患病率,对比分析相关的危险因素及保护因素。方法通过对2 080例40岁以上居民体检,根据中华医学会糖尿病学分会建议MS诊断标准进行诊断。结果2 080例中符合MS诊断标准的624人,总患病率为30.0%;中年组381例中符合MS诊断标准的107人,患病率为28.1%;老年组1 246例中符合MS诊断标准的387人,患病率为31.1%;高龄组453例中符合MS诊断标准的130人,患病率为28.7%。结论超重和(或)肥胖及缺乏运动可能是MS的危险因素;预防MS的切实可行、经济有效的措施是合理的饮食及运动。

Investigation and analysis on the prevalence of metabolic syndrome among 2 080 middle age and elderly residents in army communities

Objective To determine the prevalence of metabolic syndrome(MS) and the risk factors and protective factors among the residents over 40 years in the army communities in Beijing.Method Physical examination were done among 2 080 residents over 40 years,and the diagnosis of MS was identified according to the diagnostic standards recommended by CDS.Results 624 residents confirmed to the diagnostic standards of metabolic syndrome.The total prevalence was 30.0%,and the prevalence in middle age group was 28.1%(107381),31.1% in old age group(3871246),and 28.7% in advanced age group(130453).Conclusions The result indicated that overweight andor obesity and lack of exercise may be the risk factors causing MS,and rational diet and exercise may be the practical,economic and effective measures to prevent MS.
