功能性消化不良患者体表胃电变化及曲美布汀对其的治疗效应

目的 :观察功能性消化不良 (FD)患者空腹体表胃电图的变化 ,并观察曲美布汀对其的疗效。方法 :15 0例具有腹上区隐痛、腹胀、嗳气、呕吐等症状 ,但胃镜及肝胆胰 B超检查均未发现阳性病变者 ,诊断为 FD。马来酸曲美布汀胶囊每次 10 0 mg,每日 3次 ,共 4周。所有患者治疗前后匀进行胃电图描记 ,并进行比较分析。结果 :12 2例 (81.3% ) FD患者空腹体表胃电图异常 ,表现为过速或过缓。服用马来酸曲美布汀胶囊后 ,136例 (90 .6 % )临床症状改善。同时其体表空腹胃电图正常化率亦明显提高 (85 .2 % VS18.7% ,P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :胃电节律紊乱可能是导致 FD临床症状的主要原因。马来酸曲美布汀胶囊可明显改善 FD患者临床症状和提高其体表胃电图正常化率。

Cutaneous electrogastrograph and the therapeutic efficacy of trimebutine in patients with functional dyspepsia

Objective:To investigate the cutaneous electrogastr ograph(ECC)in the patients with funetional dyspepsia (FD) and evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of trimebutine of FD.Methods:Patients with postprandial abdominal pain,belch,vomitting and so on,were enrolled to our observation trial.The diagnosis of FD was obtained when no positive findings were available after the gastroendoscopy and sonograph examination of liver and panereas.Trimebutine was given orally in the patients with FD at the dose of 100 mg,three times daily.After four weeks of therapy,the clinical manifestations were evaluated.The fasting cutaneous electrogastrograph was analyzed before and after the treatment.Results:The abnormality of fasting cutaneous electrogastrograph is very common in the patients with FD(81.3%).Tachygasria or bradygastria wre present in the patients with gastric dysrhythmias.The clinical symptoms,such as postprandial abdominal pain,belch,vomitting etc.were all eviated or disappeared in our clinical tria(90.6%).At the same time the normalization of fasting cutaneous electrogastrograph was improved significantly after the therapy(85.2%VS18.7%,P<0.05).Conclusion:Castric dysrhythmias is likely to be responsible for the clinial symptorns in patients with FD.Trimebutine is the effective drug in treatment of FD,and it can improve the normalization of the ECC in patients with FD.
