骨科病人发生褥疮的相关因素分析

目的分析骨科病人发生褥疮的原因及相关因素,探讨切实可行预防褥疮的措施。方法取2002年1月~2004年1月本科56例褥疮病人进行相关因素的统计学分析。结果褥疮好发部位多见于骶尾部,重度褥疮多发生于脊柱损伤的病人。结论预防重于治疗,特别是脊柱骨折、骨盆骨折、髋关节骨折等这类易发生褥疮的病人要引起足够重视,及时采取有针对性的护理措施,预防褥疮的发生具有重要意义。

RISK FACTORS ANALYSIS FOR DECUBITUS IN PATIENTS WITH ORTHOPAEDIC DISEASES

Objective To find out the practical measures to prevent the decubitus by analyzing the risk factors for Decubitus in Patients with Orthopaedic Diseases. Methods 56 cases of patients with bedsore who were hospitalized from Jan, 2002 to Jan 2004 were analyzed. Results Bedsores were found to occur in sacrococcygeal region most frequently. The patients with paralysis related to vertebral fracture were easy to suffer from bedsores. Conclusion Prevention is more important than treatment. More attention should be paid to the patients with vertebral fracture, pelvic fracture and fracture of hip joint, in which the bedsores are easy to happen. Timely and appropriate nurs- ing measures should be applied to these patients.
