胃粘膜炎症与幽门螺杆菌感染的关系

目的：探讨胃粘膜炎症与幽门螺杆菌（Ｈｐ）感染的关系，评价胃粘膜组织学分级对胃粘膜炎症与Ｈｐ感染判断的准确性。方法 对２３０例慢性胃炎内镜活检及Ｈｐ检测，并对Ｈｐ检测，并对Ｈｐ感染及胃膜炎症程度进行分级。结果 不同类型胃粘膜炎症Ｈｐ感染率有差异，活动性炎症Ｈｐ检出率最高；不同取材部位Ｈｐ检出率不同，依次为幽门大弯侧，胃体下部小弯侧，胃体上部大弯侧。Ｈｐ感染越重，胃粘膜炎症程度越严重。结论 Ｈｐ感染与胃粘膜炎症类型和程度有明显的相关性。胃粘膜活检组织分级标准易于掌握，适合感染后胃粘膜炎症的判断。

The Correlation of Esogastritis and Helicobacter Pylori Infection

Objective\ To assess the correlation of esogastritis and Helicobacter pylori(Hp) infection as well as the accuracy of histological catalogue for evaluation esogastritis with Hp infection by endoscopic biopsy.\ Methods\ Endoscopic biopsy was performed in 230 Hp\|possitive patients with histologically comfirmed esogastritis of which the extent was classfied according to the Hp status and severity of inflammation.\ Results\ Among the different types,the prevalence of Hp infection was the highest in chronic active gastritis.\ The detectivity of Hp was higher in the site of the greater curvatures of the pylorus than in the lesser curvatures of lower body of the stomach.\ The severity of esogastritis increased with Hp status.\ Conclusion\ There was significant relationship between the Hp status and the severity of esogastritis.\ The histological catalogue was suitable for assessment of esogastritis with Hp infection.
