摘    要:目的研究组织因子在胶质细胞瘤中的表达规律及临床意义。方法收集108例胶质细胞瘤标本,用免疫组化方法检测TF、CD34在胶质细胞瘤中的表达情况,并计算不同级别胶质细胞瘤TF阳性细胞率及微血管数量(MVQ)。结果TF在各级胶质细胞瘤中均有表达,随着肿瘤组织学分级的增加,TF的表达明显增强。TF分级计数统计结果显示其表达与肿瘤的大小、部位及患者性别、发病年龄等临床因素无显著相关性,但与肿瘤的分级及肿瘤微血管数量密切相关;胶质细胞瘤是富含血管的肿瘤,各级胶质细胞瘤组织中,均可见大量的各种形态的血管,并且随着肿瘤分级的增加,微血管数量也明显增加。结论TF可作为胶质细胞瘤组织学分级诊断的辅助诊断标准之一,并可作为判断预后的独立因子之一,抗TF治疗可能成为治疗胶质细胞瘤的新方法。

Abstract:Objective To study expression of tissue factor(TF) in brain gliomas and its clinical significance.Methods In this ex- periment,the protein expressions of TF and CD34 in 108 cases of brain glioma at every grade were measured by immunohistochem- istry for the purpose of understanding the expression regularity in gliomas.Results TF was found in gliomas of all gradings and its expression was significantly enhanced with the increase of glioma gradings.Statistical data of TF grading scores showed that its ex- pression was not significantly related to the size and location of glioma,sex,and age of patients,but closely related to the glioma gradings and microvessel quantity of the tumor.Gliomas were rich in blood vessels.A large quantity of blood vessels with different kinds of forms could be found in tissues of the glioma of every grading.Further more,with the higher of glioma grading,more mi- crovessel quantities (MVQ) could be found in gliomas.Conclusion TF can be regarded as one of the auxiliary diagnostic indexes for the grading of malignant gliomas and can also be regarded as one of the independent factors for the prognosis.The therapy of anti-TF could be a new method for the treatment of gliomas.
