血清低钠低氯对成人颅内感染诊断的价值

目的：观察颅内感染急性期血清钠氯浓度的改变及其临床意义。方法：对160例颅内感染血清钾钠氯浓度进行动态监测。结果：颅内感染组低钠低氯发生率显著高于对照组（P〈0．05）,结脑患者最高、化脑次之、病脑患者最低,但均高于对照组。各组间血清钾钠氯水平差异无统计学意义（P〈0．05）,但与对照组比较有显著性意义差异（P〈0．05）。结论：成人颅内感染急性期大部分存在明显的低钠低氯血症,且不同病原感染所致低钠低氯的水平不相同,颅内感染低钠低氯与患者病情轻重成正相关。故动态监测血清钾钠氯有助于颅内感染的诊断和鉴别诊断以及病情轻重和预后估计。

Value of Serum Low Sodium Low Chlorine in the Diagnosis of Adult Intracranial Infection

Objective： Observing adult acute intracraniai infection serum concentration of sodium chlorine and its clinical significance. Methods：Testing 160 intracranial infection patients with dynamic detection concentration of serum sodium chlorine. Results：The probability of occurring low sodium and lode chlorine in the intracranial infection is significantly higher than the one in control group（P〈 0.05） ;among intraeranial infection,there is a very large chance of infecting tuberculosis meningitis,it follows by purulent meningitis and viral meningitis. All of these patients,generally, have higher yield rate than control group. The value of low level sodium Chlorine from each intracranial infection has no variance（P 〈0.05）, But compared with the control group there are significant differences（P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion：During adult acute intracranial infection,generally, the a lot of patient is accompanying with ohvious low sodium low chlorine,and varies level of low sodium low chlorine may be occurred depends on the different bacteria infection. The intracranial infection has a positive relationship with the condition of patient. Thus dynamic measurement of serum concentration of potassium sodium chlorine increases the ability of intracranial infection diagnosis and different diagnosis.
