血吸虫肝硬化合并肝癌的CT表现

目的：探讨血吸虫肝硬化合并肝癌的临床及CT表现。方法：结合21例血吸虫肝硬化合并肝癌患者的临床特点，回顾性分析其CT特征。观察肿瘤的位置、数目、大小、瘤内有否坏死、钙化等。结果：肿块位于肝左叶有4例，右叶10例，尾叶3例，螺及左右两叶4例。肿块直径5．0－14．2cm，平均8．1cm。瘤内有坏死12例（57％），钙化2例（9．5％）。肝内钙化有18例（85．7％）。结论：血吸虫肝硬化合并肝癌的CT表现具有特征，结合病史有助于诊断。

CT Findings of Liver Cancer and Hepatic Schistosomiasis

Objective To study the clinical manifestations and the CT findings schistosomiasis hepatocirrhosis associated with liver cancer. Methods The clinical manifestations and CT findings in 21 patients with liver cancer and hepatocirrhosis caused by schistosomiasis were retrospectively analyzed. An observation of lesion number, size, necrosis and calcification within the tumor was done. Results Of 21 cases, the tumors were located at left lobe in 4, at right lobe in 10, at tail lobe in 3, at left and right at the same time in 4, with the tumors diameters of 5.0 14.2cm (mean 8.1cm). Necrosis and calcifissscation in the tumors were seen in 12 (57%), 2 (9.5%) cases respectively. Calcification in the liver was seen in 18 (85.7%). Conclusion Hepaticirrhosis caused by schistosomiasis associated with liver cancer carries some characteristics signs on CT, which are useful for its diagnosis when combined with the history.
