临床技能模拟中心的建设、运营和管理

临床医学是实践性很强的学科,临床技能模拟中心是临床技能训练和临床能力培训的场所,对于临床技能实践教学有着重要的作用。本文主要介绍我院根据本科教学要求和全新的培训理念来规划建设现代化临床技能中心,启用先进的管理方法,并结合客观结构化临床考试模式来评价我们的教学质量,不断提高临床医学教学水平的经验。

Construction and Application of clinical skill training centre

Medicine is practical subject, Clinical skill training center is an important field for clinic skill education and clinic ability training, it is practical teaching. We use some advantage simulators,contains with new training methods, and uses Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE) for checking our teaching, have given some experiences.
