| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨CT引导下经皮穿刺卵巢囊肿硬化治疗的临床应用价值.方法 回顾性分析我院自2000年3月至2005年3月对32例卵巢囊肿患者进行硬化治疗的临床资料.结果 在CT引导下对32例经临床确诊的非赘生性良性卵巢囊肿穿刺抽吸并注入硬化剂治疗.随访2～24个月,其中4例囊肿显著缩小2/3以上,28例囊肿消失.总有效率100%,治愈率87.5%.结论 CT引导下经皮穿刺卵巢囊肿硬化治疗是一种简便易行、安全有效、经济实用的治疗方法.

| Abstract: | Objective To study value of CT-guided percutaneous alcohol sclerotherapy in treatment of ovarian cyst. Methods 32 patients who had been clinically confirmed non- neoplastic ovarian cyst were treated with percutaneous needle puncture aspiration and alcohol injection under CT guide. All patients were followed up for 2-24 months in observation of therapeutic effects. Results CT-guided percutaneous alcohol sclerotherapy is very effective with an overall effectiveness rate of 100% and a cure rate 87.5%. Conclusion CT-guided percutaneous alcohol sclerotherapy is an easy, safe, economical and effective therapy for ovarian cyst. |
