川芎嗪对博莱霉素致肺间质纤维化大鼠MMP-2表达的影响

摘    要:目的研究川芎嗪对博莱霉素致肺间质纤维化大鼠MMP-2表达的影响。方法选SD雄性大鼠40只,随机分为4组即正常组、模型组、阳性药物对照组及川芎嗪组,每组10只。于28 d麻醉后取肺组织,进行HE、Mallary染色,并进行MMP-2的免疫组化染色。结果模型组MMP-2表达上调,川芎嗪组表达降低,表明川芎嗪可以降低博莱霉素所致肺纤维化大鼠MMP-2的表达。结论川芎嗪可能通过降低MMP-2表达发挥抗纤维化的作用。

TMP on the expression of MMP-2 and bleomycin-induced pulmonary fibrosis in rats

Abstract:Objective To study the TMP on the expression of MMP-2 fibrosis in rats. Methods 40 SD male rats were randomly divided into and bleomycin-induced pulmonary sham operation group, model group, positive control group and TMP group, a total of 4 groups of 10 each. 28 days after anesthesia in lung tissues were harvested for HE, Mallary staining and MMP-2 immunohistochemical staining. Results MMP-2 upregulation in the untreated group, TMP group was decreased, indicating that TMP can reduce bleomycin- induced pulmonary fibrosis in rats the expression of MMP-2. Conclusion TMP can decrease the expression of MMP-2 play a role in anti-fibrosis.
