平板运动试验联合动态心电图诊断女性冠心病的价值

目的：评价24h动态心电图（DCG）联合平板运动试验（TET）对女性冠心病（CHD）的诊断价值。方法：对58例女性患者同时行DCG及TET，且与2月内进行的冠状动脉造影（CAG）结果比较。结果：DCG诊断女性CHD的敏感性67．7％，特异性63％；TET的敏感性90．3％，特异性48．1％；两者联合检测敏感性90．5％，特异性90％，显著地高于TET，DCG单项检查（P〈0.05）。结论：DCG与TET联合检测，可作为对女性CHD诊断理想而安全的方法，与单项检查相比，在敏感性不降低的情况下，可明显提高其诊断的特异性。

Value of treadmill exercise test combined 24h dynamic electrocardiogram examine on diagnosing female patients with coronary heart disease

Objective:To evaluate the value of treadmill exercise test(TET)combined 24 h dynamic electrocardiogram(DCG)examine on diagnosing female CHD patients.Methods:TET and DCG were performed before or after coronary angiography within two months in 58 female patients.Results:The sensitivity and specificity of DCG was 67.7% and 63%,of TET was 90.3% and 48.1%,and of DCG combined TET was 90.5% and 90% respectively.There was higher sensitivity and specificity for TET combined DCG than those of TET or DCG separately(P<0.05).Conclusion:TET combined DCG is an effective and safe non-invasive method for diagnosis of female CHD patients.
