急性低频感音神经性聋 77 例的回顾性研究

目的探讨急性低频感占神经性聋（ALHL）的临床特点硬治疗效求。方法对本科2007年1月～2012年12月收治的77例ALHL病例的临床资料进行回顺性分析。结果77例ALHL病例中，男性16例，女性61例，男女之比约为1：4；发病年龄以20～39岁最多，占55．8％；右耳36例、左耳39例、舣耳2例；职员发病最高，达37例（48．1％）；发病季常以秋季最高，为32例（41．6％）；治疗总有效率85．7％，其中痊愈率64．9％。结论ALHI。病例中以女性多她，其中以20～39岁年龄段高发，多为单耳发柄，秋季为发病高峰季节，其中发病的职业中职员多处，预后疗效较好。

Retrospective study of 77 cases with acute low-tone sensorineural hearing loss

Objective To explore the clinical characteristics and efficiency of acute low-tone sensorineural hearing loss（AI,HL）. Methods The clinical dala of 77 cases with AI,HI, treated fi＇om January 2007 to Deceniber 2012 were retrospectively analyzed. Results Among 77 cases of ALHL, 16 were male and 61 were female. The ratio of men to women was about 1： 4. There were 43 cases （55.8%） in ages of 20 to 39 years old. Thirty-six eases of right and 39 cases of left as well as 2 cases of bilateral ears were aftecled. Thirty-seven cases （48. 1% ） were company si＇,fffs. The peak incidence season was in autumn. The total effective rale was 85. 7%, with the recovery rate heing 64. 7%. Conclusions ALHL is of female preponderance, peak onset age of 20 to 39 years, single ear involvement with rarely bilateral affected , common in company staffs, the peak incidence season in autumn and with good treatment results. （ Chin J Ophlhahnol and Otorhinolaryngo1,2014,14 ： 104-106）
