下颌神经管的螺旋CT解剖及临床意义

摘    要:探讨应用螺旋CT研究下颌神经管在下颌骨中的走行位置及其临床意义.材料和方法:应用GE Lightspeed utra多层螺旋扫描仪,对53例要求行下颌牙种植的患者行横断面扫描,通过GE 4.0工作站,在Dentascan软件支持下进行牙重建.结果:下颌神经管在下颌骨中的总体走行相对偏向舌侧骨板;越向下颌孔方向走行,越紧贴舌侧骨板;越向颏孔方向走行,越紧贴颊侧骨板.而且,下颌神经管在下颌第一或第二磨牙区走行与下颌下缘基本成平行状.结论:经螺旋CT扫描重建,能够很好地显示下颌神经管走行方向及与周围结构关系,对牙种植前手术方案的制定,具有重要临床指导意义.

Abstract:Purpose: To study the intramandibular course of the mandibular canal and its clinical significance . Materials and Methods: 53 patients were scanned transversally by GE Lightspeed ultra multi -slices scanner. Images of denta were reconstructed with Dentascan software in GE 4.0 workstation. Results: The intramandibular course of the mandibular canal was slightly close to the lingual side;It was closer to the lingual side toward the mandibular foramina and to the buccal side toward the mental foramina. At 1st or 2nd molar region the mandibular canal was basically parallel with the inferior margin of the mandible. Conclusion: The intramandibular course and anatomic structure of the mandibular canal could be showed clearly by spiral CT with Dentascan software which could provide imagination data for dental implant surgery.
