| 摘 要： | 利用怀疑患鼠痘的病鼠脾组织液感染鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜,在电镜下发现3种类型发育不同时期的鼠痘病毒和被感染细胞发生超微病变。这些观察结果对鉴定鼠痘病毒病原、了解鼠痘病毒增殖过程,以及预访鼠痘疾病发生、控制其流行具有重要理论和实际意义。

| Abstract: | Chorioallantoic membrane of chicken embryo was infected with splenic tissue fluid from mouse suspected of being infected by mouse poxvirus (MPV). Three types of MPV at different developmental stages were found.Type I was at the early developmental stage,with its envelope still incomplete and crescent in shape; type II was at the developmental stage, with its envelope completely developed (some with and some without nucleoids) ; type III was at the mature stage, and was brick-like in shape. The ultrastructural changes in the cells infected included chromatin margination, nucleolar segregation and 4 types of intranuclear inclusion bodies-crystalloid inclusion, fibrillar bundle inclusion, nuclear body and pseudo-inclusion body.In cytoplasm of the host cells, packed viroplasm, bidirectional crystalloid, condensation of mitochondria and an increase in the lysosome were noted.These results are important in identifying the MPV, understanding the developmental process of MPV, preventing and controlling the MPV epidemics. |
