摘    要:目的:建立芍药甘草汤超高效液相色谱(UPLC)指纹图谱,并测定其中7种水溶性活性成分含量。方法:采用waters UPLC H-class系统,建立了同时检测芍药甘草汤中7种水溶性成分的液相方法,并通过指纹图谱、相似度评价分析以及含量测定,对不同产地、不同批次白芍、甘草质量控制进行评价。结果:指纹图谱及相似度评价结果表明,11批芍药甘草汤的相似度均大于0.98,11批次样品间差异较小。含量测定结果表明,3个产地5个批次的甘草、2个产地4个批次的白芍饮片含量差异较小,各成分RSD均小于15%。指纹图谱相似度评价与含量测定结果趋于一致。结论:本方法简单易行、稳定高效,为芍药甘草汤的基础研究及临床应用提供一定参考。

Abstract:Objective:To establish the fingerprint of Shaoyao Gancao Decoction and determine seven water-soluble active components by UPLC.Methods:Waters UPLC H-class system was used to establish a method for the detection of seven water-soluble components in Shaoyao Gancao Decoction,the quality control of different origins and batches of Shaoyao(Paeoniae Alba)and Gancao(Liquorice)were evaluated by fingerprints,similarity evaluation and contents determination.Results:the results of fingerprints and similarity evaluation showed that the similarity of 11 batches of Shaoyao gancao decoction was more than 0.98,which meaned the difference between 11 batches was small.The results of contents determination showed that there was little difference in the contents of Gancao of 5 batches from 3 origins and Shaoyao of 4 batches from 2 origins,and the RSD of each components was less than 15%.The results of similarity evaluation and contents determination tended to be consistent.Conclusion:The method is simple,stable and efficient.It can be used to indicate the overall chemical characteristics of Shaoyao Gancao Decoction.
