不同采收期对唐古特大黄功效组分含量的影响

目的:对不同采收期唐古特大黄地下部分干质量及其含有的游离型蒽醌、结合型蒽醌、鞣质和二蒽酮4类功效组分的含量测定,分析采收时期对唐古特大黄药材产量及功效组分含量的影响,确定唐古特大黄药材的适宜采收期。方法:HPLC测定唐古特大黄中蒽醌、二蒽酮、鞣质等的14种化学成分的含量,样方法测定唐古特大黄的药材产量,SPSS、Sigma Plot等软件进行分析画图。结果:采收期对唐古特大黄中4类功效组分含量存在显著影响,5月采收的4年生唐古特大黄中游离型蒽醌含量较高;7月采收的6年生唐古特大黄中结合型蒽醌、二蒽酮含量较高;鞣质的含量则在9月采收的4~6年生唐古特大黄中含量较高;从产量看,考虑成本及经济效益,采收年限以11月采收的4~6年生的唐古特大黄较好。结论:本研究通过对不同生长年限和采收月份的唐古特大黄中主要功效组分含量及产量的分析,归纳采收期对唐古特大黄功效组分含量及产量的影响规律,为大黄定向培育技术的建立提供实验依据。

Effect of Different Harvest Time on Functional Components of Rheum tanguticum

Objective:To measure 4 types of active components including free anthraquinone,combined anthraquinone,tannin,and biantrone in the dry mass of the underground part of Rheum tanguticum of different harvest periods,analyze the effects of harvest time on the yields and contents of these components,and determine the appropriate harvest time of Rh.tanguticum.Methods:The contents of 14 chemical compounds were determined by HPLC.The yields of Rh.tanguticum was measured by the quadrat survey,and the software such as SPSS and Sigma Plot were used for analysis and drawing.Results:The harvest period had a significant effect on the contents of 4 types of efficacy components in Rh.tanguticum.The contents of free anthraquinone four-year-old Rh.tanguticum collected in June was higher than that collected at other times.The contents of combined anthraquinone and biachronone of six-year-old Rh.tanguticum collected in July was higher.The content of tannins of four-six-year-old Rh.tanguticum collected in September was higher.The four-five-year-old Rh.tanguticum harvested from September to November is better considering the cost and economic benefit in terms of the yield.Conclusion:In this studies,the content of the main activities compounds and yields in Rh.tanguticum at different growth years and harvest months were analyzed,and the effects of harvest time on the contents of compounds in Rh.Tanguticum was summarized.It provided experimental basis for the establishment of directional cultivation technology of Rh.tanguticum.
