摘    要:目的 :观察黄连解毒汤有效部位 (HJDAF)对培养皮层神经细胞一氧化氮损伤的保护作用。方法 :体外培养新生大鼠皮层神经细胞 ,加入硝普钠观察其对神经细胞的损伤及HJDAF的保护作用。结果 :HJDAF(15 3mg/kg)可减少受损细胞的乳酸脱氢酶 (LDH)漏出率 ;6 10 ,30 5 ,15 3mg/kg可提高受损细胞的活性 ,减少丙二醛 (MDA)生成 (P

Abstract:AIM:To investigate protective effects of Huanglian Jiedu Decoction active fraction(HJDAF) on NO-induced cerebral cortical neuron injury. METHOD:Cortical neuron cells of newly born rat were prepared cultured in vitro. The model of NO-induced cerebral cortical neuron injury was constructed.RESULT:HJDAF(153 mg/kg) reduced the leakage rate of lactic dehydrogenase(LDH);610,305,153 mg/kg increased the activity of neuron and reduced the production of maleic dialdehyde; 610 mg/kg increased the activity of SOD.CONCLUSION:HJDAF protects NO-induced cerebral cortical neuron injury by suppressing the generation of lipid peroxide.
