深圳市宝安区妇幼保健院儿科住院病人疾病谱分析

目的了解本地区儿科疾病谱及构成比的年代变化趋势,为衡量本地区医疗技术水平、合理配置医疗卫生资源和今后儿童疾病的医疗和预防保健工作提供科学依据。方法回顾性研究及统计学分析。结果1999年~2004年儿科住院病人全部诊断为25819例次,涉及病种数呈逐年递增趋势。呼吸系疾病发病一直占第一位(44.34%);其构成比从1999年的41.79%上升至2004年的48.67%。消化系疾病(16.19%)在1999年~2003年是第二位、2004年降为第三位。结论提示我们今后的工作重点还是应放在对常见病、多发病的防治上,同时也要对今后发病率将会上升的疾病给予足够的重视,提前有所准备。

An Analysis on the Table of the Diseases of the Inpatients in the Pediatric Department of Health Center for Women and Children in Bao'an District, Shenzhen City

To investigate the tablet of the diseases in the pediatric department and the proportion between them with the progress of the ages, so as to evaluate our medical level and configure the medical resource reasonably and provide scientific basis for the treatment and prevention for the diseases of the children in the district. Methods Retrospective study and statistical analysis. Result From 1999-2004, 25891 cases were diagnosed. And the diseases involved showed an increasing trend. The diseases of respiratory system were the first (44.34%) ; its proportion went up from 41.79% in 1999 to 48.67% in 2004; the diseases of the digestive system were the second (16.19%) from 1999 - 2003; in 2004 they reduced to the third. Conclusion: It indicates that that from now on, we should put on the stress on the treatment and prevention of the common diseases and frequently encountered diseases, and pay enough attention to those whose incidence is going high, and do preparation for them.
