| 摘 要： | 目的：纳洛酮冲击治疗，使海洛因依赖者住院三天内一次性完成脱毒治疗。方法：按纳曲酮冲击疗法，操作程序准备及用药，冲击治疗药物为纳洛酮，在冲击治疗期间及次日各静舒氧一次30例，为A组；冲击治疗药物为纳曲酮者30例，为B组，进行对照比较两组住院至冲击治疗时间，冲击治疗中反应及治疗后戒断症状，不良反应等。A组患者冲击治疗前后进行血常规、肝功能、肾功能及心电图检查。结果：A组患者平均住院2．4天完成脱毒，较B组（平均6.7天）明显提前（P〈0.01）。A组冲击治疗期间也有P、R、BP、升高，但比较平稳。冲击治疗后戒断症状、不良反应较B组重，但均在可忍受范围。对肝功能、肾功能、心电图没有明显影响，冲击成功率100％。结论：纳洛酮冲击治疗安全可靠，可明显提前完成脱毒治疗，很有临床实用价值。
