疝环充填式无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝286例报告

目的:总结疝环充填式无张力疝修补术的临床疗效和近期并发症。方法:分析2000年10月~2006年12月期间,用定型产品行疝环充填式无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝286例,其中斜疝267例,直疝6例,股疝3例。结果:手术时间25~60 min,术后疼痛轻,恢复快。并发尿潴留9例,切口脂肪液化4例,局部异物感14例,阴囊血肿8例,切口感染2例。随访252例,随访6~74个月,复发1例。结论:疝环充填式无张力疝修补术符合解剖生理,方法简单,时间短,创伤小,无张力,近期疗效满意,复发率低,并发症较少。

Plug mesh hernia repair: Report of 286 cases

Objective:To summarize the curative effect and short-term complications of plug mesh hernia repair.Methods: From Oct 2000 to Dec.2006,286 patients were undergone plug mesh hernia repair,among whom 277 were case of indirect hernia,6,direct hernia and 3,femoral hernia.Results:The operation lasted from 25 to 60 minutes and the patients felt slight postoperative pain with quick recovery.Complication as urinary retention was seen in 9 cases,fat liquefaction around the incision in 4,local foreign body sensation in 14,hematoma of scrotum in 8 and incision infection in 2.There was one case of recurrence in the follow-up of 252 during a period of 6 to 74 months.Conclusion:Plug mesh hernia repair is favorable to anatomical physiology with easy management,less time consumption,minimal wound and tension-free.The immediate curative effect is satisfying owing to the low recurrence and less complications.
