下肢深静脉血栓形成的原因分析及护理对策

目的 :探讨下肢深静脉血栓形成的原因及预防护理措施。方法 :对1995年1月～2002年5月收治的29例下肢深静脉血栓形成的原因作单因素分析 ,对比分析低分子肝素预防人工髋关节置换术后深静脉血栓形成的效果。结果 :年龄、心肺功能、卧床时间、肢体、髋关节置换 (THR)手术与下肢深静脉血栓形成有关 (P<0 05) ,THR术中、术后深静脉血栓的总发生率为23 7 % ,预防性抗凝治疗 ,使深静脉血栓形成的发生率从37 0 %降至12 5 %。结论 :主动或被动的物理护理措施以及低分子肝素预防性抗凝可明显降低深静脉血栓形成的发生率。

Analysis of cause of deep vein thrombosis in lower limb and its nursing countermeasure

Objective:To investigate the cause of deep vein thrombosis in lower limb and its prophylactic nursing measure.Methods:The cuases of deep vein thrombosis in lower limb in29patients treated in our department from January1995to May2002were analyzed by single factor.The curative effect of low molecular weight heparin for preventing deep vein thrombosis after artificial total hip relacement was analyzed comparatively.Results:Age,functional state of heart and lung,time in bed,limbs and trunk and total hip replacement were significantly related to the incidence of deep vein thrombosis in lower limb(P<0.05),the total occurence rate of deep vein thrombus after total hip relacement was23.7%.With preventive anticoagulant treatment by low molecular weight heparin,the occurrence rate of deep vein thrombosis was reduced sig-nificantly from37.0%to12.5%.Conclusion:The physical nursing of active or passive measure and preventive anticoagulant treatment by low molecular weight heparin can obviously reduce the occurrence rate of deep vein thrombosis.
