| 摘 要： | 异地患者到综合性医院门诊就医,具有指向明确、就诊时间紧、对服务流程要求高等特点。针对这些方面,提出了就医咨询、扩大专家号源、相对优先、提供针对性便民服务和建立网络医疗服务等对策,在实践中取得较好效果。

| Abstract: | When patients from other cities come to the outpatient department of general hospital,they always have identified destination with pressing time of visiting and high expectation of service.According to these features,we applied many effective strategies in practice,such as providing consolations of medical treatment,expanding the number of registration of the specialist＇s clinic,providing convenient services,establishing medical treatment based on network,and so on.All these efforts have proved effective. |
