踝关节骨折并下胫腓联合分离的早期治疗

目的:探讨踝关节骨折并下胫腓联合分离的早期治疗。方法:对127例踝关节骨折并下腓联合分离中57例手法复位夹板、“U”形石膏或石膏靴固定,70例采用手术复位钢板、松质骨螺丝钉内固定,修复下胫腓联合韧带,石膏托外固定。结果:本组127例获10~48个月的随访,非手术治疗组57例中,优29例(50.9%),良27例(47.4%),可1例(1.7%),优良率98.3%。手术治疗组70例中,优39例(55.7%),良28例(40.0%),可2例(2.9%),差1例(1.4%),优良率95.7%。结论:踝关节骨折并下胫腓联合分离的早期治疗对维持踝穴的完整及稳定具有重要意义。根据不同的病情选择合理的治疗方法。

Early Treatment of Ankle Fracture And Infer-Shin-Fibula Disconnect

Objective:To investigate the early treatment of ankle fracture and infer-shin-fibula disconnect.Methods:To retrospective review 127 patients who had ankle fracture and infer-shin-fibula disconnect,manipulative reduction 57case;operative reduction 70 cases.The 57 patients have been treated with epithesis,"U" shape gyp and plaster stocking.The 70 patients have been treated with plate of operative reduction,cancellous bone screw,repair infer-shin-fibula combin ligament and plaster slab.Results:To follow up the 127 cases from 10 to 48 mothes.In the manipulative reduction group,29 cases were excellent,27 as good,1as fair,the fineness rate was 98.3%.In the operative reduction group,39 cases were excellent,28 as good,2 as fair,1 as poor.The fineness rate was 95.7%.Conclusions:Early treatment of ankle fracture and infer-shin-fibula disconnect is important for keeping the Integrity and stabilization of ankle mortise.We should choose rational treatment according to the different condition.
