锁定钢板内固定术对胫骨平台骨折治疗疗效及术后恢复影响的效果分析

目的:分析锁定钢板内固定术对胫骨平台骨折治疗疗效及术后恢复影响的效果.方法:此次研究将我院收治的66例胫骨平台骨折患者作为研究对象,病例均在2017年11月-2018年6月期间收治,采用掷硬币的方式将患者分成观察组和对照组,其中观察组采用锁定钢板内固定术治疗,对照组则采用空心钉内固定手术进行治疗,对比2 组患者的手术指标、关节功能恢复情况以及术后并发症发生情况.结果:观察组患者手术时间为(61. 25 ± 10. 44)分钟,骨折愈合时间为(132. 55 ± 11. 69)天,住院时间为(16. 25 ± 2. 42)天,其数据优于对照组(P<0. 05);观察组患者术中出血量为(164. 95 ± 21. 55) ml,与对照组比较不存在统计学意义(P>0. 05);观察组患者关节功能恢复优良率为93. 94% (31例),对照组患者关节功能恢复优良率为66. 67% (22例),2组患者关节功能恢复优良率对比有统计学意义(P<0. 05);观察组患者术后并发症发生率为6. 06% (2例),对照组患者术后并发症的发生率为24. 24% (8例),2组患者术后并发症比较差异有统计学意义( P<0. 05).结论:锁定钢板内固定术治疗胫骨平台骨折手术时间短,术后恢复较快,为患者减少了治疗费用,同时有利于患者关节功能的恢复,术后并发症更少,预后疗效佳.

Analyze the Effect of Locking Plate Internal Fixation on the Treatment and Postoperative Recovery of Tibia Plateau Fractures

Objective:To analyze the effect of locking plate internal fixation on the treatment and postoperative recovery of tibia plateau fractures.M eth ods:Sixty-six patients with tibial plateau fractures admitted to our hospital were included in the study.The number of cases was treated between November 2017 and June 2018.The patients were divided into study group and control group by coin toss.The study group was treated with locking plate internal fixation and the control group was treated with cannulated screw internal fixation.The surgical indexes,joint function recovery and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.R esults:The operation time of the study group was(61.25±10.44)min,the fracture healing time was(132.55±11.69)d,and the hospital stay was(16.25±2.42)d.The data were better than the control group(P<0.05).The intraoperative blood loss was(164.95±21.55)ml,which was not statistically significant compared with the control group(P>0.05).The excellent rate of joint function recovery in the study group was 93.94%(31 cases).The excellent and good rate was 66.67%(22 cases).The excellent rate of joint function recovery between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative complication rate was 6.06%(2 cases)in the study group.The incidence of postoperative complications was 24.24%(8 cases).There was a statistically significant difference in postoperative complications between the two groups(P<0.05).C onclusion:Locking plate internal fixation for the treatment of tibial plateau fractures has a short operation time and quick recovery.It reduces the cost of treatment for patients,and it is beneficial to slow the recovery of joint function,with fewer postoperative complications and better prognosis.
