外固定架在创伤骨科患者临床治疗中的应用效果研究

目的:对在创伤骨科患者的临床治疗中外固定架的应用及效果进行分析和研究.方法:选择我院在2014年8月-2018年12月期间收治的110例创伤骨科患者作为研究对象,按照患者病历单双号将其划分为2组,对照组55例,观察组55例.采用常规治疗方法对对照组予以治疗,采用外固定架对观察组予以治疗,对2组患者的治疗效果进行分析和比较.结果:对照组中有14例优,16例良,20例可,5例差,优良率为54. 5% ,观察组中有24例优,19例良,10例可,2例差,优良率为78. 2% .观察组的优良率明显高于对照组,2组患者相比差异显著(P<0. 05),有统计学意义.对照组的手术时间为(96. 3 ± 7. 1)分钟,术中出血量为(242. 7 ± 33. 8)ml,骨折愈合时间为(31. 4 ± 5. 8)天,观察组的手术时间为(56. 3 ± 10. 9)分钟,术中出血量为(130. 4 ± 23. 9)ml,骨折愈合时间为(16. 5 ± 4. 1)天.观察组的手术时间、术中出血量和骨折愈合时间均明显少于对照组,2 组患者相比差异显著(P<0. 05),有统计学意义.结论:采用外固定架治疗创伤骨科患者具有十分有效的效果,能够有效减少患者的手术时间和术中出血量,而且还可以加快其骨折愈合.

Application Effect of External Fixator in Clinical Treatment of Traumatic Orthopedic Patients

Objective:To analyze and study the application and effect of external fixation in the clinical treatment of traumatic orthopedic patients.M eth ods:A total of 110 patients with traumatic orthopedics admitted to our hospital from August 2014 to December 2018 were selected as subjects.According to the patients medical records,they were divided into two groups,55 in the control group and 55 in the observation group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment methods,and the observation group was treated with external fixation.The treatment effects of the two groups were analyzed and compared.R esults:In the control group,there were 14 cases,16 cases were good,20 cases were good,5 cases were poor,and the excellent and good rate was 54.5%.There were 24 cases in the observation group,19 cases were good,10 cases were ok,2 cases were poor,and the excellent and good rate was good.78.2%.The excellent and good rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group.The difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.The operation time of the control group was(96.3±7.1)min,the intraoperative blood loss was(242.7±33.8)ml,the bone healing time was(31.4±5.8)d,and the operation time of the observation group was(56.3±10.9)min.The amount of bleeding was(130.4±23.9)ml,and the bone healing time was(16.5±4.1)d.The operation time,intraoperative blood loss and bone healing time of the observation group were significantly less than the control group.The difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.C onclusion:The use of external fixators for the treatment of traumatic orthopedic patients has a very effective effect,which can effectively reduce the operation time and intraoperative blood loss of patients,and can also accelerate the fracture healing.
