口腔护理结合饮食干预对口腔溃疡疗效的影响

目的:探讨口腔护理结合饮食干预治疗口腔溃疡的疗效。方法:选取2017年1月~2017年12月期间在我院进行治疗的口腔溃疡患者共80例,对照组患者采取常规口腔护理干预,实验组患者加以饮食干预方法进行治疗,观察两组患者溃疡部位愈合情况、正常进食时间以及饮食达标情况。结果:根据本次研究数据发现,实验组患者进食时间明显少于对照组,实验组患者饮食达标情况明显优于对照组,实验组患者溃疡部位愈合情况明显好于对照组,(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:对于口腔溃疡患者采取积极有效且具有针对性的饮食护理干预,具有较高的临床实际应用价值。

Effect of Oral Care Combined with Ciet Intervention on the Efficacy of Oral Olcer

Objective:To explore the effect of oral nursing combined with diet intervention on oral ulcer.Methods:A total of 80 patients with oral ulcers who were treated in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2017 were selected.The patients in the control group were treated with routine oral care intervention.The patients in the experimental group were treated with dietary intervention.Site healing,normal eating time,and dietary compliance.Results:According to the data of this study,it was found that the eating time of the experimental group was significantly shorter than that of the control group.The diet of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group.The ulcer healing of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).,has statistical significane.Conclusion:Active and effective dietary nursing intervention for patients with oral ulcer has high clinical application value.
